Interested in one of our products? There are two ways for you to place your order.

Via telephone
  • Call +31800 0560 (You will get a Dutch IVR).
  • While in the menu, select option 2.
  • You will then be assisted by an English speaking advisor.
  • Based on your wishes, the advisor will make a proposal for a plan that suits you best.
  • Special conditions apply when ordering a prepaid and/or subscription. See below for more information.
Via the Vodafone website

It is also possible to order from our webshop (currently in Dutch only). Round-the-clock ordering and everything delivered to your home free of charge! If you need help when ordering via the website, you can call +31800 0200056 (Monday till Friday from 9.30 am to 9 pm and Saturday from 9.30 am to 17.30 pm). We will be pleased to help you!

Conditions for ordering

  • A credit check will be carried out.
  • If you are a citizen of the EU, you must have a Dutch bank account number and a valid passport (bank account holder = passport holder).
  • If you are from outside the EU, you must have a valid residence permit (residence permits W and III will not be accepted) and a Dutch bank account number (bank account holder = residence permit holder).
  • Your residence permit has to be valid for at least the duration of the contract.
  • Foreign nationals are requested to provide additional information when ordering a subscription.
  • A copy of a valid identification document must be provided
  • You must pay via direct debit.
  • Your order(s) can only be delivered to a Dutch post address.
  • If you have ordered a subscription, you will receive a contract which must be signed and send back to us. We will send your order (and handset if ordered) to you after receiving the signed contract.
  • In case of a prepaid package, you will receive the handset and/or SIM card at home. The payment must be made to the postal delivery worker.
