Foreign nationals are requested to provide additional information when ordering a subscription. A copy of a valid identification document must be provided. We accept a copy of the following documents:
- Residence Permit I
- Residence Permit II
- Residence Permit IV
- EU/EER document
- Foreign Passport from a EU country
- Belgian ID
- German ID
- NATO Passport
- Please note that Residence permits W and III are not accepted
In addition to a copy of a valid identification document, we also ask foreign nationals to provide us with additional information, such as:
- a copy of your last bill with your previous provider;
- a copy of your work contract;
- a copy of recent bank statement.
