All you need to know to get started with your Vodafone Prepaid handset. Happy calling with Vodafone!

Insert the SIM card
Enter your personal identification code (PIN code). The default setting is 0000.

Set your language
Make a first call to any number. The menu will give you the opportunity to change to English.

Save your PUK code
You will find the PUK code in an envelope provided with the SIM card. You will need to enter the PUK code if you have entered the wrong PIN code three times in a row. You can save your PUK code for future use but it will only work in a phone with the SIM card to which the PUK code belongs.

Register and earn ¬ 5.00
Register and you get ¬ 5.00 extra Prepaid call credit. Other advantages of registration: in case your SIM card is lost or stolen, we can block the card and replace it. You will keep your mobile number. If your SIM card is missing, call 0800 0560.

How do I set my customer service menu to English?
Call 1200, choose option 5, choose 4 and choose 4 again.

How do I call my home country for a low tariff?
See if your country is listed in our: "Calling to other countries" BloX. If so, you get extra low tariffs. Activate it by sending a text message to 4000 (free of charge) with the textline: naar buitenland aan (This BloX will cost € 10,00 per 30 days).
